Tentsmart.com ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the product.

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error.
No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization number.
